One Caribbean Estates helped us buy our dream home in Barbados!
Chris and Rebecca were both outstanding working through the entire process. This started with early stage provisional searching and getting to know the island and market over a year ahead of our purchase and continued with advice on selecting the right area and ultimately finding the right home for us and finally negotiating the best price and closing the deal.
The whole team were extremely professional and responsive all the way through our journey. They are very well connected and true experts in the local market.

We just recently stayed at one of their properties in Barbados and we had the most outstanding experience! Kari and Brook are incredibly professional, polite and sincerely nice people. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our whole stay. Any time of the day or evening we were able to get in touch with them to ask for info or advice about this beautiful Island! They both went above and beyond to make us feel safe and comfortable. They went way beyond just hosts. They were also a concierge, a very knowledgeable guide and even a bellboy. They even helped us with our luggage. Unbelievable! We felt like we made new friends in Barbados. Can’t recommend enough One Caribbean Estate! Definitely staying with them next time we are in Barbados.

Outstanding service throughout the whole project of finding a dream home in Barbados, including renting a villa while searching.
