I found Ms. Shepherd online and contacted her by telephone to inquire if her firm provided the trust services and what was the process for engagement. Before I had finished explaining the reason for the call, Ms. Shepherd proceeded to cut me off, rudely; saying that she does not give advice over the phone. If Ms. Shepherd had let me finish my query, I believe she would have realised that I just wanted to confirmation that the firm would be able to provide the type of service I required and what was needed to begin the consultation process.
The whole interaction left me a bit taken back as I was not expecting such treatment from a professional. It would seem that professionalism and courteous treatment of others is not her strong suit. As such, I would be hard pressed to recommend this organisation to anyone.
