Very disappointed with Ornamental gates. Their service - if you want to call it that - is well below standard, unprofessional and unreliable. Problem solving is simply not their business.

Often there is no one at the phone

I am very unhappy with Ornamental gates, the service is terrible. I have had to deal with them as a property manager for issues with gates and in general I find them to be unhelpful and no one can help me unless one specific person is around. The service after the gate has been installed definitely is lacking.
