Jerry the sun bed man is a true gentleman .The beach bar Gazebo has a good selection of drinks & the food is excellent Then the swimming in this area is the best place on the island. Plus turtles & fish abound.

Our favourite easy access beach for turtle watching and chilling under trees on towels. The bit by the road has best access for swimming, but waking north a little some nice quiet spots and each time we went there were turtles a few metres out from beach (late November).

Paynes Bay is one and still is, a fishing village of old times, that have a face of the modern Barbados represented by some elegant hotels and a beautiful beach to enjoy. Just to the south history envelopes the place as you'll find the memorial of one of the Caribbean's greatest tragedies..

So much fun here snorkeling. The pirates from the Jolly Rodger ship got me so drunk, I should have known better. Had so much fun oh, I'm definitely going to do it again!
