Our week-long stay at Pelican Peak was unforgettable— the view is absolutely breathtaking, and the accommodation strikes a perfect balance between elegance and cozy comfort.
This trip was in celebration of our birthdays and we chose Sugarmill restaurant for our dinner out that evening. We had George, the taxi driver who is recommended in their information booklet pick us up and bring us back which made for a perfect way to enjoy the evening.
The property manager, Lynn, is so welcoming and genuinely goes out of her way to ensure everything is just right. And the owners, Willem & Reineke really care that you’ve enjoyed your stay at their spectacular home. We left feeling rested, rejuvenated, and deeply grateful for such a memorable stay.

We had a fantastic time at Pelican Peak Villa. The time spent here gave us all a refreshed perspective on our busy lives. It was tranquil, beautiful and serene! Even the roosters added character not distraction. Lynn was an excellent concierge and coordinator, Alister McMaster was the best chef making dining together both a delicacy and quality time, Taxi George was the best chauffeur as there was no way we could navigate those hills, and Celtic Powerboats the very best day trip. All details of our stay worked out in advance and delivered the magic of the island to us! The villa was perfect in the accommodations and every point of view was breathtaking. One word of caution- the roads here are in very bad shape so either a very confident driver or our option, Taxi George is recommended. Truly one of the best trips of my life! Thank you Pelican Peak for having me!!

The villa was amazing! It was exactly as described and worked out perfect for our group of 6. Communication was easy and prompt, the house was stocked with plenty of linens and dished. The drive was a bit harrowing but that was expected and after the first few times it got a bit easier. Waking up to hearing the waves and watching the sunrise & sunset made for a relaxing spring break trip for our family.

If you're looking for a vacation rental with an incredible view, stay at this villa. The view over the islands and Apple Bay is breathtaking. I love to surf, and I could see the surf from the villa.
Tortola is a lovely island with plenty to explore, including beautiful beaches like Long Bay and Cane Garden Beach. Lynn and Willem were both easily accessible and provided us with plenty of recommendations on where to eat and which islands to visit.
The villa was sparkling clean and had fresh flowers upon our arrival - a really nice touch. And while the road to the villa can be challenging at times, it adds to the adventure of the trip. Plus, once you get used to it, it's no big deal and fun.
But the views from the villa are truly unforgettable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation in Tortola.

As soon as we arrived at Pelican Peak Villa in Tortola, we knew we were in for something special. The journey to the villa was initially challenging, but the spectacular view from the villa made it all worthwhile. The villa itself was a sight to behold - it was beautifully maintained and the attention to detail clearly showed the effort put into its upkeep.
Lynn, the villa manager, provided outstanding service. She was extremely attentive, making sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Her extensive knowledge of the area and readiness to assist with anything we needed greatly enhanced our vacation experience.
The beaches nearby, especially Smugglers Cove, were simply paradise. Patricia at the beach bar added to the charm with pristine sands and crystal-clear waters.
We also explored the local area. Hiking in Sage Mountain National Park was a fantastic experience, despite it being a small park, it was definitely worth visiting. The trails offered stunning views and a glimpse into Tortola's rainforest. Dining at Long Bay Resort was a memorable experience, offering delicious cuisine in an exquisite .
