I loved your pizza but your standard is continuously dropping. Had a slice picked up for me today. It was dry, hard tasted like a stale slice. I was very disappointed. We are eagerly awaiting your old standard of a fabulous slice of pizza

Sheraton Mall location is horrible. Placed an order at 3pm for a collection at 7pm, went to collect and the pizza was still not ready and i was told i would have to wait 25 minutes for the pizza. I sat in the car park rang Baxters rd location they said 30 minutes, i then drove down to Baxters rd ( took me 20minutes to get there) and collected my Lg meat on arrival!

I love pizza man doc but the pizza was very thin and it was missing a lot of ingredients I think that Pizza Man Doc at Sheraton Mall is really cutting back, I hope the other outlets does not do that too.

My mom and I visit there today and one of the workers attitude was just like the pizza she helps make… COMPLETE TRASH. I use to buy from here from the time I was a little girl but now I will NEVER spend another cent at this place.
