I recently had a sports massage with Leanna at Platinum Touch Massage Services, and I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and expertise demonstrated throughout.
The setting is clean and well-presented, reflecting a high standard of care. What stood out most was the detailed pre-treatment consultation — Leanna took time to understand my workload, physical demands, and areas of restriction before beginning.
Her anatomical knowledge and technical skill were evident during the session as the massage itself was deep, targeted, and tailored to my needs. My experience at Platinum Touch was excellent from hello. Leanna my massage therapist took the time to actively listen while I provided answes to her questions.
She later used the information to make informed recommendations to the needed treatment.
Leanna's bedside manner was exceptional and I felt comfortable at each step.
Post treatment instructions were provided and a follow up was also done to ensure I was well the day after.
I would definitely recommend Platinum Touch and use their services again 🙏🏼.

Platinum Touch more than met my expectations and then some. I had my first session and honestly didn’t know where to start, as I’ve been dealing with some muscle pain and stiffness for years. Leanna began by assessing my symptoms and posture and recommended a sports massage as a good place to begin.
During the session she identified and worked out tension and tightness in areas that I didn’t even know existed, which were contributing to my overall pain. She also took the time to explain what she was finding as she worked and talked me through any discomfort as she released muscle knots that had built up over the years. Her approach is both professional and very attentive, and it’s clear she has a deep understanding of the body from head to toe with a real passion for what she does.
I left feeling noticeably more mobile and stronger. I highly recommend Leanna at Platinum Touch to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and effective massage therapist.

I had my first ever professional massage, done today by Platinum Touch Massage Services. The service was a 1 hour full body sports massage. I had already psyched myself that this massage was going to be more than just a regular massage. Leanna had her work cut out for her. My body had so many knots that had built up over time that never got the relief it needed. And being a dancer, getting that relief would mean better movement. She humbly took on the task. Leanna worked her way from the top to the bottom...from the neck down to the feet, working assiduously on releasing my trigger points (knots) and draining lymphatic fluid (metabolic waste) aiding the detoxifying of my lymph nodes, liver and kidneys.
Now, when I tell you that I cannot remember a time that I have touched my shoulders and they didn't feel hard and tense and tight, believe me...I cant.

I decided to treat myself to a massage for my birthday. After some thought, I reached out to Leanna, a talented massage therapist and a dear friend from my childhood days.
Initially, I planned for a simple, soothing massage to celebrate my special day.
However, after discussing some challenges I’ve been facing, particularly with my hands, Leanna suggested that a more therapeutic approach would be beneficial.
To brighten my day even more, I was welcomed with a thoughtful birthday token.
Leanna was both professional and attentive, and her touch felt magical. Although she cautioned me that I might experience some soreness afterwards, it was clear that this deeper work was necessary for my well-being.
As she worked on me, I realised just how much my body needed this treatment.
I left feeling rejuvenated and already look forward to my next visit.
I wholeheartedly recommend Platinum Touch Massage Services to anyone in need of relaxation and healing.
