So if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel that has the basic amenities then this is the place for you. What you need to know is there may be some issues you may encounter that may or may not bother you. There were large cracks on some of the walls, locks for the sliding door and main door were not sturdy. The toilet is situated right along the corridor where anyone walking can hear or smell if it's in use at the time. I was passing one of the rooms and it smelled as if something had died and was rotting while someone was using it. The first night I had to purchase insecticide as there were a couple of cockroaches and some other flying insects. There is also a pool on the compound and the few times we used it it was very cloudy, mainly because the jets weren't functioning as they should to keep the pool looking clean. It isn't advisable to stay around the pool as it gets dark because the mosquitoes will feast on you. There are no lifeguards on duty and the pool is accessible 24/7. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony and you can hear the waves crashing against the rocks as you lie in bed. In the bathroom, there is a retractable line that you can use to hang your wet clothing or towels to dry. There is also a mini gym available 24/7 on the compound. All in all, for the cost I think it was balanced as you got basically what you paid for with an extra level of niceties that made up for the little issues. The staff that we dealt with were extremely helpful and welcoming. They just need to tweak a few of the issues and they can step up to a 4 🌟 rating.

Point Bay Resort has recently opened. If you are passing through and need a place to stay, they are great. It’s a beautiful spot on the water, the staff are the sweetest, ambiance is great. The team make it a happy nice place. They are all working hard to make a stay worthwhile. They are close to the airport, along the water, have full bar/restaurant, coffee shop. Be sure to check them out. I will come again.

It just opened about a month before we visited and everything was new. fresh paint quiet. Not crowded. Nature and Gardens show care and love. the front desk staff is accommodating. Restaurant food is good and bar offers are varied making it easy to just stay and relax without leaving the premises. Breakfast is simple and good. I hope to be back soon.

This is a lovely little boutique hotel for 1 or 2 persons. The reception and staff are very helpful. The rooms are very clean and simple. They have internet TV, a swimming pool, a dock to swim in the ocean, hot water and a lovely sitting area outside the lower level rooms. Very close to food markets, bank and short ride into Kingstown. Excellent price for rooms.

I loved it here! Stayed here for a few nights during the Christmas holiday. Tracy was a great front desk manager. Customer service was 10/10! I did a review on TikTok and everyone wants to book! The view, the breakfast and the cabana area were my favs. Will be back soon!
