A small park and playground area with plenty of mahogany trees. Feels like a tiny forest. Tranquil and peaceful, sometimes you can hear the wind rustling the leaves overhead. Although there is a main road right next to it, the area is a bit secluded therefore you might feel more comfortable with a group of 5 or more people. There are benches to sit on, a see-saw, two swing sets, a slide and monkey bars for children to enjoy. For renewable energy enthusiasts, the 4 wind turbines at Ashford farm are visible from here. Most importantly for adults and children, there are some beautiful white flowers growing within the park. Don't be fooled. It was only after checking with Google Lens that the flowers were identified as the toxic, poisonous Star of Bethlehem. Enjoy its beauty from a distance, don't touch it!

Pool woods is a nice and refreshing oasis in the Eastern countryside of Barbados, the prestige natural woods perfectly contrasts what you'd expect in the tropical paradise island known as Barbados. It truly is a "woods" Not what you'd expect on an island, but the preservation of this ancient wooded area is fantastic thst it still exists, considering all of the other wood cover on the island has been removed over centuries, while visiting, please cleanup behind yourself and your pets!! Enjoy nature and keep Barbados clean, please.

Just a small shady grove of mahogany trees. It is quite cool and relaxing. Parking is a bit of a challenge and it is not wheelchair friendly but if you are looking for a shady spot to have a packed lunch or stretch your legs it is nice.
