PriceSmart is not the place to go to grab a can of tuna and a pack of crackers. Shopping here is more suited for medium to large families where bulk purchases make more financial sense. You could easily spend $500+ and still not get everything you need. There's a wide range of items to buy, from a 20 foot outdoor gazebo to frozen shrimp. We were looking for windshield wiper fluid. We found degreaser and car batteries (yes that's what I said), but no wiper fluid. Maybe it was out of stock; we couldn't find one employee who knew one way or the other.

PriceSmart is a great place for bulk shopping with good quality products and competitive prices. The store is clean, well organized, and offers a wide range of groceries, household items, and prepared foods. Ideal for stocking up and getting good value for money.

The entrance experience at this PriceSmart was incredibly disappointing. The staff member checking cards at the door was rude, sour, and completely lacked basic customer communication skills. It’s frustrating that the first point of contact for members is someone so unpleasant and poorly trained for a front-facing role. Downright ridiculous.

Excellent service. Top notch. We arrived in Barbados and had car issues, we asked the person at the front of the store for help to call the car rental company as we couldnt get through and they were extremely helpful. I cant thank them enough for offering assistance to us.

This place has the absolute worst customer service. The cashiers pay no attention to customers, are rude and in need of training. The customer ahead of me mistakenly left items on the belt and departed. The cashier began adding those items to my order despite the fact that I put the separation bar in between orders. She proceeds to blame me for not paying attention to the other customers items. She actually started arguing with me that it was my responsibility so I gave her a piece of my mind. These workers are all happy talking amongst themselves and joking, but treat customers like they are a nuisance. Giant blobs glued to their chairs couldn’t stand up for five minutes if their life depended on it. Management needs to wake up and get that place much more customer focused. These cashiers don’t say hello, please, thank you…nothing. Not doing the basics of customer service. Do better.
