Always a pleasure! I've relied on PBS (Warrens) for printing services of various kinds since about 2012, and they have excelled on every occasion, sometimes at short notice. Great service, and always with a smile.

Went in this establishment to have some documents printed....while I was emailing the documents a gentleman asked if I getting something done...I told him I was sending something to be printed..7 minutes later I was still standing at the counter while 3 employees sat at their desk.... I was the only customer in there ....two young ladies came in and handed over something to be done and their job was stated while I stood there ......I walked out..I have not the energy to complain in businesses.... Customer service is horrible in Barbados...and visitors frequently say the same...I will never go to that business again and will advice against anyone I know going.. we bajans need to speak with our $.

Good service,good customer service,at the time of conducting business the time frame was quiet.Parking is a challenge somewhat.located in a densely populated business district but easily accessible.

The customer service is very patchy. "Your items are ready now" really means "come anyway and be prepared to wait another 15 minutes while we work on it"
