We booked a couple of different rides throughout our stay in Punta Cana. The service was great, never had any issues. The drivers were always on time and very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!

We booked transport to/from the resort as well as the private boat for 12 people! Although there were some small hiccups getting picked up from the airport (I would also double confirm the terminal for pickup as the airport website has outdated information :)), Jorge was extremely responsive at all times via WhatsApp and resolved any issues or answered any questions almost immediately, which is very important and super helpful.
The boat experience was also amazing! Highly recommend the private boat option (shared option fits 50+). We had a double deck, almost brand new boat with a slide and infinite space for 12 people, not to mention the amazing boat host/guide (and free rum with fruit mixer). We had a brief stop to snorkel (gear provided), took a detour to see some dolphins and nurse sharks, and finally partied at the playpen for an hour or two.
As a travel agent, I would definitely book with QTS when I'm back in Punta Cana and for my clients as well!

My experience with Quality Transport Service was amazing. I used them for a group trip of 20 people that I planned in Punta Cana for my bday. All the drivers were nice and let us hook up to the Bluetooth to play music every trip. They were on time picking us up from the resort and also picking us back up from our activities. The cost was very reasonable for all our roundtrips. I would definitely use them again.

Arriving in Punta Cana and already having transportation scheduled was the best. Thank you to our Driver Alberto Paulina he made sure we got to our resort in a timely manner and very courteous as well.
