Dr. Navin’s service exceeded my expectations. When I sent a message to the WhatsApp number, I wasn’t expecting such a quick response, but I received an almost immediate online consultation. He even called the pharmacy to ensure my prescription was ready and followed up to check on how I was doing. I really appreciated the care and efficiency.

Dr. Ramchandani is now offering a new online service which is super convenient. I didnt have to leave my home for him to diagnose my son with sinusitus. He called in the prescription to our closest pharmacy and all was done in 20 minutes in the comfort of our home.

Dr. Ramchandani was incredibly helpful when I had been struggling with an issue for over a year that other doctors hadn’t been able to resolve. He got back to me immediately, set up a call right away, and took the time to really listen and understand what I was going through. For the first time in a long while, I actually felt heard and like there was a real solution to the problem, rather than just being dismissed or put on another medication. He provided clear guidance, including the right probiotics and steps to help get my health back on track. I met Dr. Ramchandani for the first time as I was having severe pain. We had a phone consult and then he came to meet me at my location! He was accurate in his orignal diagnosis and sent me to as a precaution to get some x-rays immediatly. Within approximatley 5 hours he called me with the results. He is an amazing doctor and I highly recommend him.
