Incredible ice cream. I had the guava and orange pineapple and both were bursting with flavor. Sometimes fruit flavors can get a little icy but these were still super creamy and decadent. Highly recommend.

What a delightful ice cream parlour newly opened in the heart of Ostins!
We went there for the first time last week and were not disappointed!
1. A nice variety of ice cream flavours, the scoop sizes are BIG!
2. Made by the owner so authentic taste!
3. Staff are lovely and friendly which adds to the appeal of the whole experience.
4. Close to the beach, buy your ice cream and pop over to the beach to sit and eat it.
5. The place is clean
6. Cakes and cheesecakes can be bought too.
7. Loyalty Card available
We look forward to going down again and again.

July 8 2026- horrendous customer service and the ice cream was just okay. I entered the shop and it was empty, not a big deal. A woman eventually came from the back, sucked her teeth really hard, didn't greet us, and just stood by the side looking at a screen while we just looked at her. I eventually asked if she's ready to serve us cause clearly she needed an invite and she waited a little then walked over to ask me what I wanted. I chose rum and raisin, she served it, said $10, and walked back to the back area with the cash. She said nothing else and just left us standing there by ourselves. We took that as your notice to exit. Lol!
Rum and raisin usually has whole raisins scattered throughout but that’s not in this case this one. They blended the raisins they scatter the fragments on top of the cream. It basically tasted like heavy whipping cream with raisin shrapnel.

Lastnight i visited ths lovely Rtic branch in oistins for some Icecream, i must say it was pretty full ofcourse that was expected cause you guys have the best Icecream! As i was going to order some coffee Icecream the lady that dealt with me her face and attitude towards me was horrible, she stated to me there’s no coffee Icecream i explained to her i called before i came and they said they would be coffee in. She skin up her face and allow me to know there’s no coffee Icecream and if i was sure i called the right place. The service was horrible, i left immediately and never came back! The staff is far from friendly and the young lady was not pleasant at all please fix this or you guys will lose customers in the future!
