1 star because I had to put a star otherwise -10. The service was absolutely horrendous, I cannot even find a word to describe how pathetic the service was and how incompetent every single staff member that we intercepted was, from the top down.
I have now started “unrecommending” RDL Eagle to several people who I would have previously referred to this company.
What a regret!

Worked with RDL Eagle Trade to ship my cat from Asia to Barbados. Joshua provided exceptional customer service, answering my questions quickly and providing me with all the information I needed. My experience was very positive and would recommend this company to others.

I have been recommending RDL Eagle to my clients over the last few years to assist them with shipments of pets and personal items to Barbados. I ALWAYS receive great feedback on how helpful and efficient they are so it was always a pleasure to recommend them. Recently I personally needed their help as I was shipping our puppy "Blue" to Barbados from the US. I knew they were great but truly I am beyond impressed with their efficient, knowledgable and courteous service having experienced it first hand now. I cant tell you how many times I called them with questions and each and every time they responded efficiently. Their team went above and beyond to assist us with smoothing out challenges we encountered along the way recommending and implementing solutions. Colis, Nakita, Joshua and the rest of teh team - We cant thank you enough for helping us get Blue home! RDL Eagle is the absolute best. We will never forget your kindness and professionalism.

Moving is a stressful business let alone international move in COVID times. I am glad I was introduced to Chad at RDL Eagle Trade Inc (Ffetch Moving), he helped me alot in securing best freight quotes using his professional knowledge and contacts.
