The security guard here are rude and disrespectful. This was in the morning of May 21 at 9:30AM. Should really consider training its stuffs

My team and I waited nearly two hours without any acknowledgment from the three customer service agents present. No one checked in, offered an update, or even greeted us. When we asked, we were told they were handling appointments first, yet at multiple points, the staff appeared to be sitting idle, not assisting anyone.
There was zero customer engagement. Three people waiting visibly for hours and not a single effort made to communicate? It’s not just poor service, ’s a complete disregard for people’s time and dignity.
This level of service is unacceptable in any professional environment. I sincerely hope this is addressed for future customers.

The lady at the reception is very friendly and helpful and managed to get me some 1 cent coins I was looking for. Also the Republic Bank -unlike several of their competitors- doesn’t charge any fees for cash withdrawals with international cards at their ATM’s.
