Her name is June the light skinned beautiful lady went above and beyond to get to call different places to get us a pump after coming in the office and water pump covers were out of stock. that's what they call customer care.she can be trusted to take roto plastics business to the next level.imagine it wasn't her fault that they were out stock and looking at the time lines we had in the island we could not wait for any other day.Thank you June.

Bought a water pump,told them I wanted a quiet one because of the installation location so they plugged it in so I could hear that it was very quiet. When it was installed it was very loud, so I went back to the store and told them it was not quiet, like it was in the demo., so is there a problem with it? They said no, it's louder when water is being pumped through it. I asked if I could return it and pay the 20% restocking fee since it was clearly not what I was led to believe it would sound like. They said no, we don't take pumps back if water has been pumped through it. Anybody want to buy a slightly used water pump???

Excellent Customer Service from all of the team members both the office and maintenance staff👌TOP TIER. As a customer my needs were prioritized as a matter of urgency. I would diffinitely recommend the full installation if you are getting a water tank.
