We had an absolutely wonderful experience on the Royal Activities kayaking tour through the mangrove forest. It was our first time kayaking, and both my father and I were a bit nervous at the beginning—but it turned out to be an unforgettable adventure.
The mangrove scenery was peaceful and beautiful, making the whole journey feel relaxing and special. What truly made the experience exceptional was our guide, Summer. She was incredibly kind, patient, and encouraging, especially with our lack of experience. She took the time to guide us step by step, making sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the tour.
Thanks to her support, we were able to fully enjoy the activity and create amazing memories together. We are truly grateful to Summer for her professionalism and warm attitude.
Highly recommended for anyone—especially beginners looking for a unique and memorable experience!

De tour was great! We had an amazing tour guide and he told a lot about the fishes, birds, trees, and turtles. Kayaking through the mangroves was very exciting, and we saw many different fishes during snorkling. Most exciting was seeing the turtles!

Great communication via WhatsApp from this company. Easy hotel pickup and drop off. Our guide Stan was entertaining and took very good care of us. He provided more than enough water for us at the start as well as dry bags for the stuff we want to take on the Kayaks. He also had masks and snorkels and insect repellent (for the warrior mosquitos). We saw a lot, learned a lot and never felt rushed during the mangrove trip. There was plenty of time for independent snorkeling in the bay afterwards. This is a tour I will definitely do again!

What a great trip this is.
In a small group we kayaked in the open waters, with turtles popping up from time to time.
Kayaking through the old fisherman's tunnels was fun and the snorkeling was amazing - so many fish, and colourful corals 🪸

We were recommended by a local friend to kayak the mangroves, so we found this company “Windows to the Sea Kayaking” through Viatours and booked them for the morning.
I cannot recommend this experience enough. Not only was the morning absolutely perfect weather but allowed our group to have such a fantastic time.
Our group was a mix of people from all over: Netherlands, Canada and US mainly. We had a group of 8 pairs and we had the most fun. Our guide was well versed in the mangrove forests and we had such a great time going around and through them. The water was so beautiful and clear, that even with our clear kayak bottoms, we were able to spot many fish underneath.
I truly cannot recommend going for this beautiful trip. We have been kayaking around the mangroves in Florida and this is by far a more beautiful and relaxing experience compared to that. If you love nature, kayaking, bird watching or just want the chance to snorkel the mangroves, I highly recommend this tour!!
