From the moment you walk through the entrance at Siboney, you know you're going to have a quiet, classy evening. The location is absolutely beautiful and secluded, service was a bit of a miss but nothing too bad. The food though well presented, didn't quiet please my palate but that could just be me.
If you're looking for a romantic night or day to grab lunch or dinner then this place delivers.

Excellent seaside restaurant. Great food with a million dollar view. We always include a stop at the Salt Plage. Some of my favorites include the Calamari, Beet Salad, Seafood Linguini and fresh catch. The crème brûlée and tiramisu are delicious. Prices are very reasonable considering their fabulous location. Service is always friendly. Even though we swim up from our boat and look like drowned rats, we’ve always felt welcome.

Service is slower, but on island time we didn’t mind! Lobster wrap was yummy, lobster cooked great, definitely ask for extra aioli though!! Delicious drinks and great vibes

We came to hire sun loungers for the day. the staff was super friendly and accommodating.
Marlon made us feel welcome and always smiled . Unfortunately we do not remember the ladies names at the bar/restaurant - but they were all very friendly and professional too. I got stung by a jellyfish and of the ladies gave us some vinegar to help with the pain. We felt well looked after . Thank you guys 🙏🏼
Cocktails and food was superb 👌🏼 cannot fault this place .

6 of us had lunch here in January 2026.
Service was SUPER SLOW - ok its on the beach but we didn’t want to be there all day! Food was just OK and the portions were small for the price.
