Very clean bathroom
It's a lovely place to spend the night if you need to be at the airport first thing in the morning.
Staff needs to be a little more effective
But they are polite.
The only complaint is the dinning room tables need to be cleaned better. Crumbs from previous customers are left untouched.

This hotel knows the meaning of hospitality!! Truly impressed with staff. Most of the staff are fluent in English and Spanish. The breakfast which is included in the price was amazing. There was fresh juice made fresh fruit, omelets, sausages, and coffee. No different than being in the U.S. Also WiFi!! Truly an outstanding experience. I would recommend this place to anyone. They even have an above deck pool!!!

Stayed here unexpectedly due to some changes in my travel plans. The room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The griot was Delicious! The service at the restaurant was amazing. They catered to my every need. I’m a picky American so it was really nice to have such a good experience.

Best place to stay in Haiti. Nice and friendly people. The staff is great. It's newly open and still part under construction do to buying the compound next to it. I have been to other hotels here but only stay hear now it's the best place that I have found
