We took our grandson (6) for the Dolphin Experience and it was worth it. Not only were the trainers excellent, but they took special care of everyone, not just our grandson. Everyone got some sort of special attention, especially from the dolphins. The bird exhibits were nice, wish we had more time to interact with the parrots and to shop (shop was closing while we were still walking around).

What an experience for the family. Wonderful interaction with the Dolphins and they seem really well cared for. The Macaws and the Africian Tortoises were fun as well. Plenty of pictures taken with all the animals. Super friendly staff and very helpful with the kids! Could not recommend enough.

Great experience overall. We did the dolphin experience, in hindsight I wish I would have booked a full swimming with the dolphins but it was still such a cool experience, fun and informative. Nate was really funny and the woman who was working with him was great too. I was nervous because a lot of reviews said the photos would be like a couple hundred bucks but they weren’t, not even close. The staff was also very nice and informative. We chatted with some of them for awhile even after our group left and they helped us get a taxi for us to explore on our own instead of going straight back to the cruise port in Celebration Key. They gave us great recommendations and island insight. Highly recommend a visit to Sanctuary Bay!

We were only expecting to meet dolphins, but we got there early and explored the property where they had African tortoises, Macaws, and cockatoos outside in designated areas, as well as a little gift shop and a big cage with lovebirds, parakeets, and cockatiels. The dolphin experience itself was really cool and it is very clear that the animals are loved and taken care of as well as being trained to perform tricks.

Had an amazing time swimming and interacting with 2 of their female dolphins. One was being a stubborn child and wanted to do her own thing at times but still amazing to enjoy. The staff was friendly and outgoing.
