My niece and her hubby had their wedding there. The transformation was unbelievable. Awesome and very personal atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone to have an event there.

This property is neatly hidden away off the maim road. Wide expanse grounds, well kept and suitable for any private events. Has a decent amount of parking on site. However, for huge events, the park and ride arrangement is best to limit traffic congestion out the venue and access road, which is thru a neighborhood.

I am so late with my post as life took over but I hosted my wedding at Sandalwood and it was the BEST experience I had from start to finish the owner and her son was sooo accommodating... they helped me in do many ways I would refer anyone to use the venue... everything was handled professionally and it helped to make my special day amazing... thanks for everything!!!

I had my event here last weekend and had the worst experience ever with the owners. First off, we have multiple messages of the owners stating that the big tent will be included when we specifically asked, we have a video recording of the owners stating that was included during the site visit with the planner, we did a final site visit Wednesday October 26th, we also asked and they said the tent was going to be put up that morning, only for them to send a message later that night asking for an additional $1200 for tent, I did mention we didn’t need it since it was going to be an additional charge added that wasn’t budgeted for, they started sending messages about a rain forecast. We had no choice because they became so rude to our planner and threatened to take down the tent that was already put up. I also complained that place was too hot when I visited Wednesday morning and asked if we could get fans, they said oh it’s usually windy at night, we wouldn’t need fans at all. I got there 6:30pm told our planner we needed fans because it was too hot, the owners weren’t on site, we called, they said they didn’t have fans and couldn’t recommend a place to get some at that time, the guests even volunteered to buy/rent fans so they would be comfortable, everyone at the event was drenching in sweat, we asked if they could come at least open up the tents so we could get some sort of air, they were so rude, they said the workers had left, so there was no one to help. We paid to stay till 1am, we were so uncomfortable that we decided to leave at 10:45pm. That was meant to be my most important event and our last night in Barbados, it was completely ruined. These guys didn’t care about the comfort of their guests. They were only interested about the money.
