The name truly is fitting for such savings, plus great staff and service. Always friendly faces and a warm reception, even the Security personnel makes you feel welcomed to shop.
Ps. Some more brand options would be nice sometimes, but hey... great places to shop any day of the weeek.

They never have what yu want for the main branch they have less than the other branches.. the workers need to be more professional.. if u have an issue with what your work mate is doing call them aside speak to them in a room or behind a close door n not infront of other customers.. its embarrassing for the work mate n the company n prices is 1 thing on the shelf n something else at the cashier ..

Supermarket located in cave hill, carries a wide assortment of foods ranging from milk to meat and at very affordable prices. It is very spacious and has ample parking. It is not wheel chair friendly. All in all a good place to shop

This supermarket has some good prices but definately needs to be cleaned up. The first thing that hit me when I entered the door was the strong odour of something...meat, veg and it was not pleasant. Also, the shelves and the overall layout need better organisation.

I have been patronizing Savings Plus supermarket for some time as it ideally fits my needs. At the Harbour Road branch, I experience high quality service for which I am thankful, hence the need for repeated visits.
However, the same could not be said for the Rock Dundo branch which I shopped at this evening. I am deaf with speech and I informed the cashier both of my condition and my method of payment. I was loading my groceries on the belt while affixing my signature to the Cheque. She called the customer who was behind me in the queue and served her. Indeed, I was very furious.
Further I spoke to the supervisor who dismissed my feelings.
I am so used to seeing customers, no matter the store, being served irrespective of their circumstances while I have to wait patiently no matter how long the process. As it is, I felt disrespected, embarrass and other negatives. I will actively consider where I will be taking my monies in the future.
