I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sea View Garden Hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful view. Waking up to the sight of the ocean and the surrounding gardens created such a calm and refreshing start to each day. The hotel grounds are well maintained, with lush greenery that really adds to the charm of the property. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. They made sure everything was comfortable and were always ready to assist with anything I needed, which made the experience even better. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the peaceful environment made it easy to rest and recharge. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Sea View Garden Hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, scenic, and comfortable getaway. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

My stay at Seaview Garden Hotel & Residences was Delightful and a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly understanding and professional and they went out of their way to make our stay very convenient. Cleaning staff were professional and the proximity to town and grocery and great restaurants made it convenient for us. The view is breathtaking and you can see the Cruise Ships setting off. They showed empathy and care and made my stay very convenient and enjoyable. I will come back again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed here most recent in May of 2026. The reviews I read had me a bit hesitant but I’m happy to say I didn’t experience any of the negative experiences mentioned. The property manager Safiera was very hospitable and accommodating. Every inquiry I had was answered and attended to appropriately by the staff. It’s far from the beaches and tourist sites and may not have some of the other amenities other hotels offer however it is economically priced, convenient and most of all comfortable, so with that said it’s worth the trade off. I would definitely suggest having your own transportation so you can get about the island and partake in tourism. It’s a property I would definitely stay at again. I have been a long-term guest at Seaview Garden in St Kitts (Basseterre) and initially had a positive experience. I made extended stay arrangements based on a verbal agreement and paid consistently for over* 30 days. Prior to my scheduled departure, I communicated in advance that I would need to extend my stay for a few additional days. Despite this, I was informed at the last minute that the daily rate would be significantly increased—nearly double the original rate. While I understand that pricing can vary, this type of sudden change after a long-term stay and prior communication does not reflect good faith, good business practice, professionalism or consistency in customer service. Also adding - The property appears to have low occupancy, with multiple vacant units/buildings. Some buildings and units showed visible deterioration and lack of upkeep, giving parts of the property an unmaintained or underutilized appearance, which made the sudden increase in rate even more difficult to understand along with the low service provided during my stay (e.g. received housekeeping services only twice my entire duration). I would recommend that future guests confirm all extension terms in writing to avoid unexpected changes by staff on the fly or please just avoid this drama filled place all together even when the name changes again. More concerning, however, were the interactions with staff. The day prior to checkout, a security officer came to my workplace and attempted to address the situation in front of customers. I explained multiple times that I was working and would speak later, but he continued and raised his voice, stating that utilities would be cut off by 6 in front of customers as I walked away. This was inappropriate and unprofessional. When I later returned to finalize checkout, I attempted to avoid interaction but was asked to wait for management. During that time, the same security guard approached me again in a hostile and intimidating manner, standing very close and confronting me. I chose to leave to avoid further escalation and proceeded to report the incident.

Upper shower head not working. No hot water in the lower shower sprayer. Filtered water in fridge not hooked up. Bed mattress like a rock. AC terrible. Sign in elevator says it may get stuck. Many parts of the hotel unfinished and unused. Office only open certain hours making contact and check out difficult.
