Tried the food court at the Sheraton and it was a solid experience overall. The place was clean, seating was comfortable, and there were plenty of food options to choose from. The service was quick and the staff were friendly, which made the visit even better. Prices were a bit on the higher side, but the convenience and quality made it worth it. Good spot if you’re staying at the hotel or just need a quick, decent meal.

Very good food court for a mall. Lots of food options from traditional Beijing delights to fast food and pizza. If you're hungry and in the area with a group, it's a good place to stop because there is many different shops in here to satisfy dietary requirements. Seating is limited and it is very busy and noisy. There are washrooms available which is also nice. For a mall food court, it's probably one of the better ones I've been to for the quality of food.

Great assortment of shops, you will find everything you need - pharmacy, food court, clothing, electronics, furniture and appliances. Food court options varied: baked goods, full meals, pizza, Mediterranean food. Would return.

Normally, when I hear "mall food court," I take a pass - but not at Sheraton Mall. This place is great! My wife and I go here regularly for lunch even if we don't need anything at the mall shops. There are many different restaurants serving a wide variety of dishes from all around the world. Plenty of meat and chicken offerings, plus lots of vegetarian options. There is central seating at individual tables, and even at peak times, there always seems space to sit. I highly recommend eating here - the quality is great, the selection is wide, and the prices are very reasonable.
