The prices are not really different. Just a $1 less than other supermarkets. I really love the mince meant🤣 because it is worth the money.

Only reason I’m putting 1 star is because it won’t allow less. The whole experience has been awful to say the least. Five weeks it took to even process my application, then issues over not understanding my income is in GBP, then they weren’t willing to accept that my immigration status was being processed despite an immigration supervisor confirming it on the phone. After jumping through every hoop and getting everything they asked for after being told the only thing stopping my application was the immigration status. They then tell me they have to review my application and question me all over. When I complained I was then told I was refusing to cooperate and wasn’t in fact eligible from the beginning. I have spent almost two months getting everything they have asked for. I asked who I could contact regarding making an official complaint and was told I would have to research that myself. I also spoke with the CEO Paul Ashby and he was not interested in listening to what my experience had been, he only wanted me to continue answering his questions and jumping through more hoops. I was given conflicting information at several different points in the process. S Rice told me she was happy with the application and would recommend approval by the manager T Grant, the manager just needed a letter showing my immigration status was being processed. I got the letter, only to be told I now needed all of the paperwork including my ID number from the Barbados ID department. I got all of that, then I was told they had to interview me again and go through the process and paperwork again. Then I was told by T Grant, she hadn’t even looked at my application. Then S Rice told me T Grant was going to decline my application but she had spoken up for me to be given a chance to get immigration papers. Then S Rice told me I had not been eligible since the beginning. After being very honest from the beginning about my immigration situation, a fact that she admitted she knew from the beginning. I was lead to believe I was eligible and that they were happy with my financials, I just needed the immigration paperwork. After every single step, they said they needed. I then was asked for something else. When I asked why I was being asked all of this again, I was told by the CEO I was refusing to cooperate. When I complained, I was told by S Rice I had an attitude every time something didn’t go my way. I feel I was treated poorly by this company, after almost two months of getting everything they asked for, and cooperating fully. I was told that because they didn’t like that I complained, they would not provide any loan. I guess if you want to do business with this company you have to accept what they do and be grateful for being treated however they see fit because you want their assistance. I’m afraid I don’t accept that, if a company wants my business they have to treat me like a valued customer.
