We were unsure about what to expect with this tour as it was a last minute booking due to a change in ports from our cruise. The communication was great from the start. We received messages and our tour guides number to communicate where to meet him outside of the port. Civian was an excellent guide, providing detailed information about the history of Nassau and explaining things about the culture. Having booked so late we didn't time to research things we wanted to see and he was very prepared with locations to take us to. He was polite, friendly, informative, and attentive. This was a great way to explore Nassau, which is a port I had heard mixed things about. We were very pleased with our experience and would recommend.

Simon's Transports is an excellent service from/to Nassau airport. Emails and texts are great ensuring correct information was provided and pick-up times accurate. The drivers are courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable about the island. Texts with arrival and driver's name are provided in a timely manner. Both Civian and Jerry were fantastic drivers. If our plans take us back to Nassau, we will definitely use Simon's! It's the best way to travel!!

I can't recommend this transportation company enough! Our experience from Nassau Airport to Atlantis was exceptional from start to finish. Unfortunately, we were stuck in the immigration line for nearly two hours because of the holiday weekend, but the team was incredibly patient and kept in touch with us the entire time. They regularly checked in to see how we were doing and reassured us that our driver would be there whenever we made it through. That level of communication and customer care immediately put us at ease. A huge thank you to Marcel who was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, friendly, courteous, and made us feel welcome from the moment we met him. During both our arrival and departure transfers, he shared interesting facts about Nassau and pointed out local landmarks, making the ride enjoyable and helping us learn more about the island. His warm personality and professionalism truly made a lasting impression. Travel days can be stressful, but this team made everything seamless and worry free. If you're traveling between Nassau Airport and Atlantis, do yourself a favor and book with them. Reliable, professional, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service—you won't be disappointed. Thank you for helping make our vacation start and end on such a positive note!

Absolutely outstanding service from Simon’s Transports! From start to finish, the experience was professional, reliable, and completely stress-free. Nadine was our driver on the way to our hotel, and she was fantastic — friendly, professional, and welcoming. She made the ride comfortable and enjoyable and immediately set the tone for a great experience. Ashton was our driver on the return trip, and he was exceptional. He was courteous, punctual, and made sure we arrived at the airport smoothly and on time. Both drivers went above and beyond with their professionalism and customer care. The vehicles were spotless, the communication was excellent, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. Civian was knowledgeable and professional. We were late for our scheduled time due to the weather. Vehicle was very comfortable we were able to see more places through them.
