Sitar is a must try if you love Indian food. No set cocktail specials or menu but the bartender can accommodate most request. I'd recommend the platter and the curry.

Great Indian restaurant in Barbados! Food was excellent and the service and ambiance were great! In fact, surprised to find good Indian restaurant on the island.

Excellent ambience and service! Lemme just say, it was great to find fairly authentic tasting food on the island. We didn't have a reservation and the place seemed busy, but the hostess was kind enough to accommodate us. If you're in the Holetown area, this is an excellent option!

Been to hundreds of Indian restaurants and I would say this was the first time I’ve had curry that was packed with meat. Usually they are heavy on sauce but light on ingredients so this was a very pleasant surprise. Food was mostly good but little on the bland side for Indian.

Sitar was really great - the ambience was perfect, well maintained and set up for a quiet night of dining. We ordered the paneer tikka (which was a bit bland but was super soft and well cooked in tandoor) and the madras curry with vegetables (which was a bit strong in flavor, but we enjoyed it very much). Overall, the ingredients were very fresh and well cooked. We also got some drinks (wine and Prosecco), both of which were generous pours.
The rumali roti was nice and soft, and my husband loved the kheema naan. They also gave us some free butter naan, which is the softest I’ve ever had.
Overall, would highly recommend but be sure to get a reservation ahead of time!
