Smart kitchens has a nice showroom and front line staff but backwards "operations/procedures". They do not pay attention to what you say to avoid wasting time. Why should you have to go into a showroom to view the first draft of a kitchen design? Whats wrong with email? At 25k+ for a kitchen remodel you would think they want to ease the stress for the customer!
