I went town after work because i was getting a few things, so the phone store i usually go to was already closed so i happen to see this store was open while passing so i gone in now ask for headphones them show me the headphones “sound mates” so I ask them them for the price (there was a woman working there too) she say $60 so i say ok i wan test them so he gonna tell me they have to charge up for a while before i could use them….but i still test some headphone..anyhow so i gone home thinking everything sweet i charged the headphones overnight. Next morning now on my way to work i put in the headphones i realize one wasn’t working so i was fighting with it putting it in and out of the case trying to reconnect to make sure i am not tripping same evening i had to rush from work to town .So i asked him if he remembered me from yesterday(cause i didn’t have the receipt because i bought a new bag for work the same evening i went town and all the papers and stuff in my bag got thrown away by my mother) and he say yes he remember me, so i told him one of the headphones you gave me yesterday isn’t working he didn’t look at them or nothing AUTOMATICALLY he knew “one of them dead” so he say i gotta make sure the red light inside on while it charging so i was like ok he gave me another one free so i charged that new one overnight. Same thing next day the same earbud on the same side wasn’t working so at this point i knew them playing in my face and with my money. I realize i didn’t charge them wrong, the red light on the left side stays on for about 5 secs then cuts out because it isn’t working properly for BOTH of them then when i fidget with it to stay on it cuts out quicker mind you I made sure both of the red light were on while i put them to charge. I going there this evening to get back my money if them tell me anything i will give an update, Even tho it has been 5 days i honestly didn’t have anytime to go town not even Saturday due to me being so busy but this evening I will make effort to go and get my money back well see how it goes. I am not writing to be problematic or anything its just people does work HARD for their money sometimes they don’t even get paid what they deserve there’s no need to being scamming people just be honest with your business and God will bless it cause at the end of the day they didn’t do me anything but God sees and knows so if they decide to trick people after this we’ll see how long it lasts till God steps in.

I happen to pass on Broad Street and noticed the store. As I needed a phone case for my phone, I stopped in enquire whether they had one suited for my phone, was told yes. Decided to ask about a screen protector as well. Great. Can you put them on? Young man said yes. Proceeded to do so very efficiently. I paid said thank you and left.
The next day the protector started to come off from the top of the phone, figured probably enough pressure was not put to stick it on. So I pressed on it to stick it more securely. Next day the same thing. Had it from Thursday last week, still not sticking on. Call only to be told it only had 7 day warranty. I did not request my money back. I want to take it back and get another one. Maybe this one is one of a bad batch or something. Young lady I spoke to said in no uncertain terms I cannot bring it back. You may have warranty but sometimes there is always an exception to the rule and putting yourself in a customer's position helps. Would not go back or recommend store to anyone. I gave one star for the young man that put on both the case and the screen for me.
