First of all i went to get the hotdogs special. I was asked what I wanted on my hotdog i said i wanted mayo, chips,and some sprinkled cheese.
I was told i have to pay for the chips i said dont worry as i will have to to the back of the line. I then said i wanted more msyo told i had to pay for that also i asked gor more because the bread was dryand only a single bead of mayo. So i guess thats a covid hotdog i guess. They are going to rob us in the nane of business and we will lesrn when its too late.

I go into Esso Black Rock everyday for breakfast before work. I went in this morning and waited in line for a sandwich and a cup of tea. I was originally fourth in line. After waiting for 15 minutes and observing the young lady behind the counter taking a lengthy amount of time dispensing orders and chatting with one customer for an inordinate amount of time, I finally reached the top of the line. Another woman behind the counter who was doing everything else but serve the customers, took my ticket. She proceeded to put it down and do chores like cutting up pizza and wiping down counters. By this time several customers behind me were served and I was waiting for my one sandwich and a cup. Well I asked for a supervisor and none was to be found. When I confronted the employee who took my ticket, she told me that the $46 pizza was more important than a sandwich and I would have to wait because she isn't about $46 being taken put of her pay for spoiled pizza. I asked to be refunded. I received my refund and called back from my workplace minutes later to speak to the supervisor. I was put on hold and no one answered the call. This is why I rate it one star. As of today I will no longer patronize ESSO Black Rock as I also purchase gas from that station literally everyday.

Great customers service from the attendants outside. Always helpful and pleasant. Quick to acknowledge your presence when you drive up to the pumps. Food is decent from the deli. This gas station is very popular so at peek times congestion is expected. Items are reasonably priced.

Whilst the petrol station probably sell the best hotdogs on the island, the customer service is absolutely atrocious. The staff inside the automart are extremely rude and lack.
the basic customer service skills. The owners of this automart should invest heavily in customer service training to prevent the staff thinking they're doing the customer a favour by serving them.

Very polite staff and efficient service under pressure. I visited after a hurricane when few areas had electricity and fewer had ice. The forecourt staff kept the lines moving quickly and had the wherewithal to adjust to usual procedure for getting ice. Instead of leaving the pumps, they had customers show them the receipts to verify what was paid and just observed the customer's removal of the ice from the freezer from where they were, instead of abandoning the pumps as is the usual procedure.
