Disappointed I cannot give them 0 stars. We placed an order for gas on the 12th June. Today is the 25th and every time we have called. It has been promised that it was out on delivery that day. Without even a phone call to say it wasn’t coming. I even spoke to management today who assured me it would arrive this evening, it’s now 7:25pm and I think it’s safe to say it’s not coming. Why is it that I feel like I need to beg for a service that I am paying for. We’re unable to cook at home now for past 13 days and have to eat out. What kind of company answers on a professional forum (WhatsApp) with “till”. This is absolutely unacceptable Sol and you should be ashamed. I am seriously considering switching to Rubis as I heard their service is a lot better. Disgraceful!
Update: thankfully one of their delivery drivers went above and beyond to get us our gas tonight at 8:21 pm. Bless him. Hard worker and very helpful. Thank you Emmerson for redeeming Sol!!!
