System worked pretty okay for the years i had it and the technicians are quiet knowledgeable when you have an issue but the customer service and dealing with the office staff for scheduling is so poor and abrupt.It was quite appalling.

The units sold by solar dynamics last around 15 years before needing to replace components. The two 80gall units I had installed have worked relatively well from installation but the issue i have with the company is their after sales support. Any visit to your home to fix units is very costly and appointments are regularly missed without prior warning. This has meant that on a number of occassions people have remained in the house in the false expectation of a vist from the service department.
My estimated bill for repairs after the 15 years of service are in excess of BDS$7000!! And for that you will have to wait for the company to grace you with their presence......In their time!
As such I would advise trying one of the other solar companies. Solar dynamics do not try to do a good job......

Customer service is very poor,had a problem for over a year which i reported haven't had a response an I'am totally stressed with the ongoing problem

Good products but the experience is spoiled buy horrible customer service and after care... Some of worst customer service I have even seen..

The staff are knowledgeable about their products and the price is reasonable.
