Springer's Electronics is located close to Sheraton Mall and it was easy to find. Daniel the store owner, customer service was very professional and he was also very helpful explaining & walking me through the setup process for the appliances I bought. The products are quality and I would recommend his store to anyone who is looking for quality and affordable appliances.

I purchased a GPS key ring that was defective, and due to the long wait for the technician, I had to fix it myself. The store's policy was unhelpful, and the delay made the experience frustrating.
UPDATE: Your response is a lie. I received no such call from your technician. Completely dishonest. It is a shame you had some cool products.

VERY VERY VERY VERY TERRIBLE AND I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
SO I BOUGHT 2 CAMERAS ADVERTISED AS CORDLESS SPY CAMERAS I ASK THE GUY THERE DO THEY WORK WIRELESS AND THE GUY SAID YES I SAY OK AND BOUGHT (2)
TRY TO WORK THEM THAT SAME EVENING LITTLE DO I KNOW THE CAMERAS ONLY WORK WHILE PLUG-IN...WHICH I WAS NEVER TOLD OR I WON'T HAVE GOTTEN THEM CAUSE I WANTED THEM FOR A OPEN AREA...THEN TO CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY INQUIRING AND WAS TOLD BY THE GUY (DANIEL SPRINGER THE ONWER OF SPRINGER ELECTRONICS) MOTHER, THAT NOTHING CAN BE DONE AND I BOUGHT THEM AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE OF 35$ AND ITS MY LOSS SO I WOULD HAVE TO SELL THEM CAUSE CANT BRING THEM BACK ETC,..
SO I TOLD HER THE GUY SOLD ME THEM AND SAID THEY WORK WIRELESS SHE SAID NO THEY DON'T AND THAT THEY ONLY WORK PLUG-IN AND THAT I HAVE TO WAIT ALMOST A WEEK (UNTIL SATURDAY) THIS IS MONDAY NOW TO SEE IF HER SON CAN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
AND TO THINK I HAD SENT CUSTOMERS THERE IS UNBELIEVABLE :( :[
