We recently purchased a large detached villa in Lower Carlton and although Jan at Star Brook was the agent for the vendor we obviously had to deal with her too. We found her to be incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She came back to us with answers to our every question very quickly. She really made the purchase happen for us. We have bought and sold many, many properties down the years and around the world and we can honestly say she is by a distance the best we have ever encountered. She is a refreshing change to the industry and a real credit to herself. I would recommend her to anyone that is thinking of selling or buying a property, you won’t be disappointed.
