One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with cafe staff. The employees were extremely rude, snickering, making faces, and deliberately ignoring me as I stood at the counter for nearly 20 minutes, despite the cafe being completely empty. They were too busy chatting amongst themselves to even acknowledge me. The environment was uncomfortable and far from the welcoming atmosphere you'd expect when trying to get work done, the whole point of going to a cafe. Honestly, it was humiliating. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Italia instead.

Visited the Coverley branch on 13th April and was disgusted with the staff and service on that day. Miserable, rude and ignorant. Said good morning to the man at the till,no response. Gave our order of 2 coffees and tried to engage with him..no response. Waited a while and saw him make the coffees,put the lids on and then walked away to serve another person. Left us a good 5 minutes while our coffees were just left by the machine. Eventually we asked a girl who was completely ignoring us, why our coffees were just left. She just shrugged her shoulders and said 'I dunno'.then decided to pass them over ..no apology, nothing!
This is disgusting service..and obviously the staff need to learn some manners and be trained properly.
Not sure will visit again..

Went to the Starbucks drive thru at Coverley just around 10am this morning. “Good morning. Can I order a caramel macchiato and a grilled cheese sandwich?” Starbucks: “No grilled cheese.” Can I get a roasted tomato mozzarella without tomato? Starbucks: “No.” Ok. Can I get a lemon pound cake?” Starbucks: please drive to the window for your total. Cashier takes payment and hands over the items. Me: Can I get at least a napkin? SMH. Whats really going on with the customer service?

Nice new branch of Starbucks but unfortunately no one has trained the staff. Coffee was boiling hot, tasted awful. Staff are bored and uninterested, even sugggested they had to charge for a sprinkle of cinnamon powder 🫤

Well stocked, inside temperature 👌🏽, good wifi, friendly staff.
