Yesterday Morning on Women’s day was a super nice & warm experience. My drink was made perfectly from the young lady that made it and the cashier was super friendly, she gave me a purple cup that I thought was too cute. As i was leaving she wished me a good day n that silently put a smile on my face as i was already having a quite cranky morning. Nice service

The guy that made my drink is always so nice, but the girl that rang me up (Ashowna?) was beyond rude. I couldn't hear her because she was speaking so low and I leaned in, but when I still couldn't hear her, she just stared at me then started shaking her head.

The girl serving was very rude.
Really didnt want to be there.
The food was cold and thrown across the serving service.
The boy was bo better.
The worst I have ever had at Starbucks.

My first time in a Starbucks store. The place was well appointed, with a spacious interior, and cool lighting. I popped in for an after lunch snack, and unfortunately my first choice was unavailable. One of the pleasant ladies on duty was able to guide me through the other options. The ham and cheese bagel exceeded my expectations, and left an unforgettable impression. I will definitely return again to explore other aspects of the menu.

Nia, who works at this starbuck, has repeatedly shown some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Starbucks. She is openly rude and dismissive, and at times she even refuses to take orders simply because she ‘doesn’t feel like it.’ When she does decide to take an order, she often waits a full 10 minutes before starting the drink—even when there are no other customers in line. Watching her deliberately take her time while customers stand there waiting is extremely unprofessional.
There have also been multiple times where she asks me to repeat my order several times and still forgets what I said, yet she never apologizes or takes accountability. Instead, she shows her frustration on her face and directs her negative attitude toward customers. I always try to be polite and patient, but her behavior makes every interaction uncomfortable and unpleasant.
I am genuinely disappointed in the customer service at this location, and I’m shocked that someone with such consistently poor behavior and attitude is still employed here.
