Customer service was excellent. I dealt with Tara, who helped and walked me through everything properly as i was dealing with the process from the USA. Tara gave me all the info i needed and really got me going. The unit was great for the size i needed. The easy drive up access and location was great. No complications at no time. I would do it all over again. Thanks guys

We are very satisfied with our storage experience at StoreAll. Systems were modern and efficient; access to our storage location was efficiently facilitated and detail information and how-to advice was readily available. I recommend StoreAll facilities to other users as needed.

This is the best storage company in the entire island. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. My husband and I rented storage unit B131 at the Wildey location, and we were truly impressed with how we were treated and made to feel as the most important customer that they had. From sign-up to when we closed our account, they were all helpful and kind. We had also had to rent a 20 ft container from another company since storeall did not have any other options available at the time. However, whilst the rental of the container was manageable, we found that if we paid before the due date, we had to wait for the actual receipt/invoice, since the company did not have provision in place for one to renew their contract before the actual renewal date. Then what we found very frustrating, was that the sales person we had dealt with when we first rented the container, would be calling my husband on the day of the renewal wanting to know if we were renewing it for the next month. My husband would then have to inform them that I came in 2/3 days before and renewed it, and then he would apologize, saying it wasn't in the system and that is why he called. I found that very frustrating. With storeall however, even though we paid via my banking account, I would only receive an invoice and reminder via email, before the due dates, and on the very day they drew off the payment, I would receive the receipt via email. I would recommend storeall to anyone and we pray God's continual blessings on your business and endeavours. We were moving house and needed to store both furniture and paintings. StoreAll had special a/c units for the latter and different size spaces for the former. They were courteous, helpful and easy to deal with, with a transparent system in place that was easy to follow. Highly recommended.

A great place to store stuff. They have storage units of all sizes and you can access the unit 24 hours a day. The staff are super helpful and professional. Highly recommend.
