Food is really hit or miss, you could get the freshest stuff one day and a week old tomato another so Customer Service could be better, depends on who is serving you

Lucette was Really helpful and friendly at the Trident house Location! Explained everything really well, smiled and gave me good reccommendations, informed me of other specials and was patient and kind and the sub is great too, GIVE HER A RAISE! The others have lots to learn

If I could give no stars as a review I would. The service was abysmal, the staff was rude, unprofessional and uncoordinated. On Saturday, 15th March,2025 I ordered 2 subs online, I was then called and told the store was busy so the wait time is 20 mins. After 25 mins I went into the store to be told by the very rude cashier my order was not started and I would have to wait. After some back and forth where I told her, that she was being rude. So now my order is was being done only for them to salt and pepper it at the egg making station and then at the salad station making it way to salty. I told them that I wouldn’t be eating or paying for that and it would need to be redone. I then asked to speak to a manger because by then it had been 45 mins I was waiting. She came out after 5 mins and did my subs. The next issue happened when they were putting on the topping and one of the ladies said I didn’t ask for ketchup. I told her I did she went for the receipt I pulled up my receipt and I was right but by this time she had already folded up the sandwich and I could not be asked to stay for even more time. Then I was offered a fountain for my wait. I declined as I was not waiting another 5 mins for that. All in all a bad experience that took 54 mins of my day.

My daughter said the experience was "beautiful." It was definitely worth spending my money there. The two young ladies were very professional and helpful while assisting my daughter as she was choosing her tuna sub. Mannerism was very rewarding and they seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Thank you
