Right now swiftpac has a package for me since May and for the love of god no matter how many times i call i cannot get thru and then when i do it’s an excuse about processing. Nobody had called to say anything even though i have sent an email. Seriously? Since May tho? It’s OCTOBER. Very poor

I am new to Swiftpac and I can safely say that I AM NEVER USING THEM AGAIN. Been calling for the better part of an hour and up to now no one has answered the phone, the app on the other hand seriously needs updating cause why am I seeing my totals in pounds instead of dollars with no way to fix it.........crazy.

The store is actually nit facing the main road but around the build to the back. Tjere is parking on bith sides of the building. The line to the customer service counter was almost out the door.

Avoid if you can. No proper communication available unless you're an irate customer. No one answers the phone ever. I ordered a few packages that came in December 2024 and January 2025. I had to ask via Facebook what I owed. Finally arranged for delivery for tomorrow only to be told today by email that one package is available, not the ones I've been told by email have been available all along. They are the worst and once I get my packages, I'll delete my account and never use them again.
