So this evening I purchased iLuv ear buds and a young lady assisted me she was really a sweetheart and provided excellent customer service. She was patient with me while I was trying to choose a colour. After that she explained to me how to use them also about the charging. She even charged them a bit, connected them to the Bluetooth on my phone to make sure I know what to do when I reached home. Thank you so much Dedra I appreciate you fabulous customer service. I will definitely be back.

Great experience and customer service. I found the tablet I was looking for on the Instagram page. They quickly confirmed that it was available so I scheduled a pick up time. I worked with the store owner Darius ,he was very professional, helpful and easy to work with. I got the tablet registered and I even got a casing for the tablet.

In the span of one week, I've been lied to about the whereabouts of my phone, withheld information about who has my phone and had to take a trip to the Police Station to attempt to return MY own property. One branch says it's at the other branch, the other branch says it's being fixed (even though they said the part hadn't even arrived in Barbados as yet), the one time the kind officer got through to someone in authority, he said the phone was being picked down but for some reason I couldn't collect my property the same day. The saga is supposed to end tomorrow...this one star rating is doing them justice, believe me.

An A10s was taken to Techgator Warrens on May 3 2022 to have the charging port replaced,kept calling getting the run around the phone is in town being worked on, called again In June was told by the owner the screen needs to be replaced its now August 23rd 2022 no phone.What kind of business is being run here when you called the owner he said the phone should be picked up at Warrens. Collect the phone paid for a screen and charging port phone still not charging. Took it back toTechgator Bridgetown no phone, no one to explain how $250 was paid for a phone still have not received no phone or no contact made. This is not good at all. .

I purchased an item from here earlier up this year and the customer service was more than outstanding. I returned later this year to purchase a gift and I never thought they could surpass my expectations but the employees were kind and patient and I don't think I could find a deal like this anywhere else.
