I am so happy to have found Tender Dental, friendly staff, state of the art equipment, and a clean and comfortable environment. What I value the most is their time management. If your appointment is for 10 am, that's the time you are seen! Wish more doctors' offices paid attention to this. I've never been happier to go to the dentist office!

I was referred to this office in search of a panoramic view of my mouth, as my previous dentist lacked the necessary equipment. After a quick call to book an appointment, I was met with genuinely friendly staff. Fast forward to the scheduled day, I arrived at around 10:30 am, ready for my appointment. The parking lot, though on the smaller side, lacked clear instructions on parking. My experience took an unexpected turn when the owner; Dr Janel Forde met me in the parking lot with an oddly hostile demeanor, questioning whether I was indeed there for an appointment. Despite confirming my purpose, it felt as though my presence wasn't valued. She directed me to park perpendicular to the wall, a task that took several attempts to accomplish where she then entered her establishment. Finally achieving the requested positioning, she emerged from the office only to scrutinize my parking and request that I reposition even closer to the wall. This unnecessary interaction left me taken aback, especially considering her role as the owner. Despite this initial encounter, the panoramic view procedure itself turned out to be a success. The process was remarkably fast, efficiently capturing the necessary images. The staff members who conducted the procedure were not only knowledgeable but also notably friendly. Their expertise and amicable demeanor made the experience much more comfortable. In summary, while the initial referral and booking process were promising, my visit was marred by unwarranted unfriendliness from the owner. Nevertheless, the successful and swift panoramic view procedure, coupled with the knowledgeable and friendly staff, balanced the overall experience to some extent.

After being greeted by the door by name I knew I had made the right decision in choosing Tender Dental. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special mention to the hygienist Mrs.Maynard; who has such a warm and pleasant demeanor that you can't help but feel relaxed when you're in the chair. Not very often you hear someone say that they can't wait until their next dentist appointment but that is the feeling you get with Tender Dental.

Let me start by saying I've had many traumatic experiences at the dentists over the years which has created a huge fear in me as an adult, but I decided to get my oral health in order and I could not have chosen a better Dental office. Tender Dental is amazing! I had no pain during the exam, all of my questions were answered with compassion, all of my concerns were readily addressed. They were...Tender, it's all in the name! I had no trouble deciding on the spot to make them my primary dentist. Thank you SO much.

I love the warm, friendly helpful reception from the time of booking which was done online with no facial contact. Another highlight was attending to my needs as a deaf person. The patience to write everything so I can read the spoken word. During the time between each treatment, I was constantly check to see if I am ok. The professionalism exuded by all, the receptionist, hygienist and doctor is worthy to emulate. Here’s hoping they will go one step further and make the experience even more pleasant with the Deaf in mind by communicating with them in their language. 😊😍 Thanks for the tenderness shown on my very first visit. Truly first impressions count.
