Felt the need to post this after having a great time and seeing the other reviews. My partner and I had a great time. Was everything perfect? No. But did the staff handle any mishap with a smile and a tip of some extra wine? Absolutely.
The food is beautifully presented and tasted great. If you’re staying at the Hilton and want to have an elevated dining experience don’t let the other reviews convince you otherwise.
Our waitstaff was great and attentive. I will say that hasn’t consistently been our experience at the Hilton but I’m glad that this experience was a good one.
Not pictured is the charred catch of the day which was Barracuda - definitely get this if you’re looking for a fish entree.

I began with the show-stopping Bajan Sugar Cake, a masterpiece of flavors and textures. The harmonious blend of sugar, dark chocolate, coconut, and scotch bonnet ganache tantalized my taste buds, while a cup of coffee elevated the experience to pure satisfaction.
*Standout Dishes*
- *Black Rice Salad*: A work of art, balancing nutty sweetness with fresh lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and a zesty dressing.
- *Pea Soup*: Well-prepared, with a subtle pepper kick.
- *Aubergine*: Decent, but room for improvement to match the exceptional standard.
*Service*
Young William's friendly service went above and beyond, making our dining experience truly memorable.
*Verdict*
A lovely evening in a pleasant ambiance, perfect for a satisfying meal with excellent service. Highly recommended!

What a disappointing experience. Arrived late afternoon after a 9 hour flight from London. Went to the Grille shortly after it opened at 6:30pm as body clock already pushing midnight. There were only a few people there at that time. After we had ordered the place began to fill up. After a while we realised that most of the customers who had arrived after us had been served their food, whilst we were still waiting. Eventually, ours arrived around 8:15pm. Not ideal when you're fighting off sleep. Food itself was ok, not great, but somewhat overpriced. An auspicious start to our stay. Suffice to say, we will not be eating there again.

These reviews are not accurate check trip advisor. They got a new menu and not sure if the chef needs time to perfect. Parmesan crusted chicken was mushy. I didn't eat and they charged me. Food was bland and service was so slow. Worse meal on island. The ambience is nice. Go up the block to champers for dinner

The Aubergine was not grilled/cooked. This is a fine dining concept and the portions reflect that. Service is good.
