From the moment we entered the Harley Street Clinic, we knew we had come to a special place. The atmosphere was calm and serene, totally Zen. Dr. Serrano, the clinic’s lead physician, radiated calm.
Under her care, I learned my cough was indicative of allergic bronchitis.
At my initial consultation, Dr. Serrano explored my medical history and outlined her treatment plan. I received her consultation notes via email. She followed up with me via What’s App to assess my progress. I am grateful for her care and attention. My condition gradually improved and has finally cleared up completely.
I have never met a doctor as conscientious as she was.
The focus of her practice is aesthetics and wellness. I have no doubt that whatever the condition, anyone would be in good hands with Dr. Serrano.
The Harley Street Clinic is well organized and spotlessly clean. It offers a welcome sanctuary from the rigors of travel. The staff there is courteous and unfailingly helpful. Each and everyone went the extra mile for us on several occasions. We will never forget our experience there and will always be grateful for the care, consideration and kindness shown to us.

Aesthetics scare me sometimes, but entering a clinic like HSC with real doctors and nurses, I always feel like I’m in safe hands! They make complicated procedures easy. Their knowledge level on aesthetics makes me sure of them. They are also the only ones on the island of Barbados with top of line equipment!

Absolutely terrible experience. The filler was uneven, overdone, and completely ruined the natural shape of my face. I came in expecting subtle enhancement and left looking swollen and lopsided. The injector seemed inexperienced, rushed through the appointment, and clearly did not understand facial balance or anatomy. Days later, I’m still dealing with bumps, asymmetry, and regret. Communication was dismissive when I raised concerns, which made the whole experience even worse. Honestly, they really let anyone do filler nowadays. I would never trust this place with my face again. Unfortunately its not possible to give 0 stars ⭐️ so I gave 1

Wonderful establishment. These kind folks were very accommodating in giving meds that were forgotten in the USA. With absolute verification my doctor they were able to oblige. I highly recommend this business. Thanks again. See you next time.

Dr. Mandee is absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. The entire Harley Street team are so professional and lovely, can’t wait to come back.
