I used to attend Sunday School when I was a child. The church is relatively large with room for families to sit with each other. You must sanitize upon entering; the microphone and surrounding area are sprayed between use. There are television screens throughout where the words to scriptures, hymns and announcements are posted. There is lovely choir, and organist who plays the pipe organ beautifully. There is a steel pan, drums, bongos.
There is lots of singing and the word is given beautifully by the pastors or Bishop. The service is quite lengthy for a Methodist Church but the uplifting singing and preaching you don't realize the length of time passed 9 to 11am.
There is the blessung of the children before or after Sunday school on certain occasions.
When in 🇧🇧 Barbados, James Street Methodist Church is the place to visit. All are welcomed.

Church ⛪ is more than a place to worship. It is to me a sanctuary and shelter in a time of storm.
From my earliest childhood to this day, it has been my strong tower. God bless our Methodist Heritage and legacy 🙏🏼 Bless also the clergy and laity and those who paved the way for us.
Honor to the resting ancestors and our National Heroine The Rt. Excellent Sarah Ann Gill.

The Whit Sunday sermon and church service was amazing. It is worth a revist. Any one who wants to form a closer relationship with god can start here at this church.
