I loved this restaurant! It has a great sea view and the staff are incredibly friendly and kind. The Italian cuisine was fantastic — I dined here every night during my 5-night stay and enjoyed it every single time.

Christmas lunch at the Hilton Lighthouse Terrace was amazing. Chef Jose outdid himself and Nicole the manager is the kindest, loveliest lady and she made the whole experience feel special. Thank you for making our Bajan Christmas so memorable!

Overall: yummy food overshadowed by poor customer experience
Food: gnocchi was delicious, notably the variety of veggies and seasoning included. The Mediterranean pizza was surprisingly large for the price! it was flavorful on sauce and cheese, but it was lacking on the ‘Mediterranean’ topping twist. Skimpy on the ingredient toppings. Very fresh and hot though. Mmmm
Wine: decent selection; not cheap but you are paying for the view/convenience of cheersing at oceanfront.
Atmosphere: low-key, quiet vibe, and volume/noise was great. Best view in the hotel of all venues in the resort. Aside, There is zero air flow and it’s sweltering hot even at 8pm. Read: shower after dinner. (Suggestion to hotel/resto: Consider installing some large fans for some air movement? )
Location: you are paying for an amazing view and access literally at the elevator. Also, ample seating options, as it has never had a wait this entire week.
Customer experience: overall good experience was overshadowed by the poor ending. One member of our party ordered a specific type of pizza listed on the menu and a different pizza was brought out to her. At first she informed our waiter that it was the wrong pizza, then told him to not worry about it and that she would go ahead and eat their error literally and figuratively—leave the incorrect pizza and do not make a new one. The waiter, after initially taking the pizza back, then told her something to the effect of “you know what, don’t worry about it… it’s on the house”. This was a sigh of relief because her pizza was actually pretty underwhelming, unlike mine. (Read: more palatable to have eaten an underwhelming pizza because now I’m not paying for it) Then when her bill is brought out, it includes only a 10% discount. 10 percent! She asked the waiter (of which we had probably 5-6 serving/helping out during the 2hr visit) and this was when our experience went south. It quickly became a bunch of finger-pointing amongst the staff and denial of ever offering us/her a comp’d menu item. (1 pizza in error, on the house) I asked to speak with the GM and she again held firm that they don’t offer free items for such an error—10% only. After much back and forth and visual disappointment on our end, they gave her 50% off her pizza. The damage had already been done though. We are not returning.
Moral of story: always give the customer the benefits of all doubt. A meal costs you a fraction of what you charge for it—at that, pizza has a HUGE profit margin. Eating the nominal associated cost means maximum customer retention and loyalty—or in this case, saving face and making a right from a wrong. This would be wise for a restaurant that is part of a resort, as customers are very likely staying at the hotel and quite likely to return again during their multi-day stay. Instead, none of our 7 room-renting (7!) and corporate credit card-carrying group members will be returning to this restaurant for the remainder of our vacation.
Side note: your front entrance hostesses were by far (!) the highlight of our experience, staff-wise; super friendly, cordial, knowledgeable/informative (actually had helped us find another restaurant in the hotel before we ended up eating at this restaurant, of all situations!), customer-centric. Give them a raise!

So many staff and yet you're alone! It takes minutes to get a waiter's attention even with the room half empty... the menu is truly Italian style but as soon as you eat you immediately notice that the chef has never eaten an Italian dish in his life...! I ate eggplant gnocchi but there wasn't even a hint of eggplant... the dish had tomato sauce (very acidic), cherry tomatoes, courgettes and peppers... everything except the eggplant. Too bad, the location is beautiful, the prices are normal, but if you count everything plus the 10% mandatory service that you don't use properly... it could be that the place isn't worth the money it asks for.

Staying at the the Hilton where this restaurant is located. Was the first and only person in the restaurant and ordered breakfast off the menu. Continued to wait 30 minutes for two eggs and toast. Got sick of waiting so went up to the buffet and got two eggs and toast in 2 minutes but at two or three times the cost. Tried speaking to the manager and he stated “eat your food before it gets cold”. Do not come here. Management doesn’t care which influences the staff not to care which they don’t.
