Very disappointed with this store or maybe it’s just my sales person. Have been in touch since June 11th 2019 and I have never been offered any of the timepieces I have requested. Only offered to buy other pieces in order to buy what I am actually looking for. I feel extremely insulted by the lack of effort to try and help an actual end user. Almost 4 years and not one of the timepieces I requested have been offered to me.

Bought a ring for my wife’s birthday 15th may and returned due to diamonds falling out and requested a refund still waiting for 2000 BBD dollars to go back onto my credit card

Bought a watch a month ago took it back the day after I got it because of some issues left the watch there for 2 days only to have to experience the same issues again. I am feeling really unsatisfied at this point any corrispondence on how to proceed would be appreciated.

Went in with my husband as he wanted to purchase a pair of solitaire diamond earrings for my birthday, every employee encountered very helpful and friendly. Was not pushy and happy for me to go away and check out the nearby competition but went back to these as felt trustworthy and also got a very good price that even a competitor said could not match - would use again.

I had the pleasure of working with Suzette, the store is amazing with a huge variety, but most important is the amazing customer service, very warm, knowledgeable and all around superb! I cant wait to come back on my next visit to Barbados🥂
