I wanted to leave my review for your business and my trip.
I would like to start by saying that you have amazing customer service skills. You and your assistant were a tremendous help in ensuring we knew all the details regarding the various packages and it helped us to narrow down on what we really wanted to do.
I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends and family, and as a matter of fact, I’ve already started.

Now for our trip… omgggg. We had an amazing cruise, no issues other than being slightly sea sick, but it was just pure fun, lots of food and laughter 😂 TUI Marella is true to the reviews regarding great customer service and there were lots of activities during the day and night. It is safe to say that due to this experience, we will be doing cruises from now on, and we are already planning our next trip as well lol.

From the moment we started planning she added value. When we knew what we wanted she added insight and when we didn’t know what we wanted, she offered recommendations.
During the trip she ensured she checked in frequently which was reassuring.

From the beginning of the consultation, I knew Travel Empire was the right fit for our small group of Senior Citizens. All our needs were met from wheelchair access bookings, arrangements for our tour guide and modes of transportation, we even had a pharmacy in front of our Hotel for easy access for any emergencies, kept in contact during the trip, just in general we give The Travel Empire 10 GOLD STARS. Everyone had a great time and they are all looking forward to next year for their next adventure.

Everything about my recent trip was a 1st and The Travel Empire made it an awesome experience! Everything was well organized and communication was A+. From pre trip to post trip everything was done to make us feel comfortable.
