Lovely hotel. We visited with 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and loved every moment. The rooms are spacious and clean. The balcony is fabulous, with some of the best views over the bay. The kitchen has everything you need including a big refrigerator. We loved the hotel pool with the pool bar. And we loved that you are able to jump into the sea next to the pool.
Would recommend visiting!

Cons
-Room is dated.
-Bugs in our room caused us to have to change rooms. Front desk guy said they were sugar bugs. They were all over the bed and nightstands.

First time in St. Maarten and won't be the last. Top 5 great experience. Didn't realize it was Carnival when I arrived. Hotel provided transportation to the parade. When I get home going to book same time next year.

Great view of the Harbour. Convenient location. Within walking distance of many bars and great restaurants. Only thing I didnt like was the crazy speed bumps in the parking lot.

Villas and properties are very nice. Wonderful location, nice amenities, staff are amazing.
Akeeba,Ziggy and the entire staff go above and beyond to make our stay excellent.
I highly recommend and will definitely return
