Here goes another one of my rare bad reviews, but it is necessary.
The customer service was below average. When we requested to adjust the AC vents away from us, the staff refused. While that policy is understandable to an extent, their response was nothing short of rude.
We visited during Restaurant Week, so they had a special promotion running. However, the food was not worth the price.
The major issue was the steak: it was tough, overcooked, tasteless, and a chore to swallow. While the potatoes were tasty, the portions were disproportionate—too large compared to the serving of meat, and especially unbalanced in the fish dish.
Additionally, the taxes and service fees felt excessive, particularly given the poor quality of the food and the lack of professional service.
I can only hope they were having an off day and that this experience is not representative of their overall brand and standards.

I would give it 3.5 stars, pushing on 4 on a good day. The stores are cute, the prices are expensive but it's Barbados. The layouts are stylish and there are a number of food places nearby and Chefette. Some of the resturants have cute designs as well. It's nice. The bathrooms are also usually hygienic

We went to the Starbucks in welches plaza on Wednesday dec 3rd for a coffee and hot chocolate it was our first Starbucks in two years in moving to Barbados 🇧🇧, we had to say the drinks were so good and the customer service we received from Nikita was amazing , Nikita gave us outstanding service.

Cost u less is here and Wok Up which is a great noodle place. A few other franchise stores and Hallmark as well for those gifts and cards for special occasions. A nice outdoor strip plaza. Parking can be a challenge at times. Otherwise serves its purpose well

Awnings to shade customers from the sun should be installed. Built like a strip mall so you have to enter and exit each store. Can be challenging when the sun is beaming down. The mall site is not elevated so you do not have the natural breezes to keep the area cool. I prefer to shop when I'm most comfortable. Or plant more trees not bushes.
